These Terms and Conditions specify the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer in the context of contractual relationships concluded through the online store www.historicalczechglass.com.

The buyer has the opportunity to become acquainted with these terms and conditions before submitting his order and is notified of them in advance. By sending his order, the buyer confirms that he has read and agrees with these terms and conditions.
Payment methods
Payment for goods can be made only in advance on account
Delivered goods
Replicas of historical glass. Since this is purely handmade, the individual products may differ in shape (size), quantity of bubbles and color. Irregularities may occur at the edges of the goblets. The photos on www.historicalczechglass.com may differ in color from the delivered product.
Terms of delivery
We use the transport company PPL, DHL. Goods in stock are dispatched after the amount has been credited to the account. Non-stocked items are usually dispatched within 14 days. In exceptional cases the delivery time may be longer after agreement with the buyer. If the product is unavailable, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order. The place of collection is determined based on the buyer's order. Delivery of the ordered goods to the specified place is considered to be the fulfillment of the delivery. Transport to the address of destination is provided by the seller. The shipping costs that the buyer has chosen in the order are borne by the buyer.
The customer will be informed about the shipment by e-mail The shipment is usually delivered within the next 7 days.

Prices for the ordered goods / product (except for delivery costs) are published in the product detail on the seller's website www.historicalczechglass.com. I am not VAT registered subject
Delivery method, price
Each shipment is thoroughly packed. Goods are shipped by PPL and DHL. We ship only within the EU.
Delivery - Slovakia (Account is maintained in Slovakia - Fiobanka) is only possible when paying in advance to the account.

The final price of the order including the adjusted postage price depending on the weight of the shipment is converted to EUR according to the current exchange rate.
Delivery - Poland, Germany is only possible when paying in advance to the account.

Delivery - Austria, The Netherlands, Finland, Slovenija is only possible when paying in advance to the account.

Delivery - sending to other states in the EU is possible only by agreement
In case of visible damage during shipment, do not accept the shipment.
Damage of the product in intact packaging must be reported according to the conditions of the shipping company within 2 days of receipt of the shipment. Later complaints will not be accepted due to the complaint conditions of the shipping company.
Order cancellation by buyer
The buyer has the right to cancel the order without giving any reason and without any sanctions until the goods are shipped. The buyer is obliged to notify the seller by e-mail, nebo telefonicky.In the event that the buyer wants to cancel an order for goods that have been ordered specifically for him, the cancellation fee is set at 50% of the purchase price of the goods.
Order cancellation by the seller
Seller reserves the right to cancel an order or part of an order in the following cases:
• the goods are no longer produced
• the price of goods has changed significantly
In the event that this happens, we will contact you by email or telephone, where we will agree with you on further steps (replacement of ordered goods by another, cancellation of the order).
Withdrawal from the contract(return of goods)
The buyer has the opportunity to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. When ordering goods modified directly to the buyer's wish, withdrawal from the contract by the buyer is not possible. Do not send returned goods cash on delivery. The consignment sent in this way will not be accepted. In the description, please state that you return the goods within the statutory period of 14 days and the account number where we should send the money.
Goods should be returned to the seller preferably in the original packaging, there must be no signs of wear or damage. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
Warranty - complaints
The warranty starts on the day of receipt of the product by the buyer and the goods are guaranteed for 24 months. The warranty does not cover defects caused by rough handling or mechanical damage.
The claim will be settled without undue delay, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of claim, unless the seller and the buyer agree otherwise. The Seller shall issue to the Buyer a confirmation of the date and method of handling the claim and its duration, or a written justification for rejecting the claim.
Protection of personal data
The Seller undertakes that all personal information provided by the Buyer (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail, Company ID, VAT number, IP address) is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The personal data are for the purpose of the seller only and are not provided to third parties except for the carriers, to whom only the data necessary for the transport of goods to the buyer are transmitted.
The Buyer has the right to access his personal data. This right can be exercised at any time in writing to Michal Kočárek, Maršovice 56, 46801. In this case, the electronic form is also considered to be a written statement (at email info(@)historicalczechglass.com) At the same time the buyer can ask the seller to change or delete his personal data from the seller's database.
Personal data will be processed indefinitely.
At the end of the order, the buyer can agree to receive news from the e-shop in the extent of once a year. You can unsubscribe from an email newsletter by replying to an email.

Final Provisions
The buyer's order is archived after its delivery to the seller as a proposal to conclude the purchase contract for the purpose of its fulfillment and other records. The individual technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract are obvious to the buyer from the actual order process. The buyer has the possibility to detect and correct errors arising when entering data before placing an order.
In order to prevent crime and minimize damage, the Seller reserves the right to reject a Buyer's order created from a blocked IP address if the IP address is on a blacklist.
These terms and conditions are valid for all business cases concluded between the seller and the buyer. Buyer means a natural person as well as a legal person. Subject to change in the relevant legal standards as well as the seller's business policy, the seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. This change and its effectiveness will be announced in an appropriate way on the website www.historicalczechglass.cz
